  • Radiance Flow

    Take a break from busyness in this slow flow practice for all levels. Release stress, soften, and strengthen with a heart-centered practice that will challenge and nurture.

    Slow, fluid movements help us reconnect with our body and breath - and with Spirit. Variations will be provided to support you as you are in each practice, each breath.

    The practice will begin with a reading from the Radiance Sutras to inspire us and end with deep relaxation. You are also invited for a short (optional) discussion after class about the Radiance Sutra and the original text from the Vijnana Bhairava Tantra.

    Every body is welcome.

  • Wisdom Flow

    Begin or renew your yoga practice with this gentle flow practice created for practitioners 60 years or older.

    Enjoy a meditative practice while also improving your strength, balance and flexibility.

    Detailed instruction is provided to help you learn or go deeper into poses. Slow, fluid movements help us reconnect with our body and breath - and with Spirit. Variations will be provided to support you as you are in each practice, each breath.

    No yoga experience required. Every body is welcome.

    Prana Flow

    Integrating the roots of Yoga, Tantra, Ayurveda, and Bhakti with evolutionary vinyasa, Prana Flow is movement alchemy. Solar (powerful, challenging) and Lunar (softer, nurturing) options are offered to empower every body to enjoy practice.
