My name is Theresa ONeil and I practice and share Yoga from my heart and soul. Whether you are brand new to Yoga or an experienced practitioner, I am here to serve as your guide and Mitra, your friend on the path. My flow classes are Prana Vinyasa practices, integrating Vinyasa, Mudra, and Mantra. You’ll experience familiar poses in new ways, undulating with the rhythm of nature and life. Led by our breath, grounded in our hearts, and connecting with Spirit, Yoga asana becomes movement meditation. Variations are offered to empower everyone in their practice.
