Join Theresa ONeil and songwriter and vocalist Patti Shaffner as they team once again to offer a magical experience of storytelling, circle singing, movement, and guided visualization to celebrate the Spring Equinox, inspired by the story of Inanna.

Inanna is the ancient Sumerian goddess of love, beauty, sex, and fertility… as well as power, justice and war. She is a goddess who went to hell and back with strength and love. Her story is the story of rebirth.

We’ll enjoy a gentle yoga practice with Theresa and Circle Singing with Patti before settling in to hear Inanna’s ancient story.

Lying in Savasana, bathed in sound, we’ll journey through our chakras (energy centers) with Inanna. We’ll descend into darkness and quietude, into the depths of winter, preparing for rebirth. And with the energy of Inanna, we’ll climb from the depths of Winter into the light and life of Spring.

Together, we’ll prepare for this new season of rebirth.
